Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and maintain hybrid cloud infrastructure across AWS and Azure environments
- Implement robust security protocols including firewalls, encryption, and access controls
- Automate system administration tasks using Ansible, Terraform, and Python
- Lead disaster recovery planning and execute emergency response protocols
- Optimize system performance through monitoring tools like Nagios and Zabbix
- Document infrastructure architecture and create SOPs for compliance audits
Qualifications
- 5+ years in enterprise-level system administration with Linux/Windows Server
- Expertise in virtualization (VMware/KVM) and container orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Advanced certification (CompTIA Linux+, AWS SysOps, or equivalent)
- Proven experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code
- Strong scripting skills (Bash/PowerShell) and network troubleshooting
- Ability to work independently during critical outages and after-hours incidents
