Responsibilities
- Manage, maintain, and upgrade physical and virtual server infrastructure (Linux, Windows Server).
- Implement and monitor robust security protocols to protect company data.
- Configure and troubleshoot network devices, including firewalls, switches, and routers.
- Automate administrative tasks using scripting languages (Python, Bash, or PowerShell).
- Lead server migrations and cloud integration projects (AWS/Azure).
- Ensure 99.9% uptime for critical systems through proactive monitoring and maintenance.
- Provide technical support and mentorship to junior IT staff.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience as a System Administrator or Network Administrator.
- Strong proficiency in Linux (RHEL, CentOS) and Windows Server administration.
- Experience with Active Directory, DHCP, and DNS.
- Knowledge of virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
- Scripting skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
