Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the organization's on-premise and cloud infrastructure (Azure/AWS).
- Configure and troubleshoot Windows Server, Active Directory, and Linux environments.
- Implement and monitor network security protocols and disaster recovery plans.
- Provide Level 2/3 technical support to internal stakeholders, resolving complex IT issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy software updates and system patches.
- Optimize system performance and ensure 99.9% uptime availability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience as a System Administrator or Network Engineer.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell or Bash.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN technologies.
- Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, MCSA, or AWS Certified SysOps Administrator.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical staff.
