Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain on-premise and cloud-based server infrastructure (Windows and Linux).
- Implement and monitor security protocols, firewalls, and intrusion detection systems.
- Configure and troubleshoot network hardware, switches, and routers.
- Provide advanced technical support to internal staff and resolve complex IT issues.
- Oversee backup and disaster recovery procedures to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Collaborate with developers to deploy applications and perform system updates.
- Document IT processes and maintain accurate inventory of hardware and software assets.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a System Administrator or Network Administrator.
- Strong proficiency in Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) and Linux distributions (Ubuntu/CentOS).
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, or Bash) is a plus.
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent IT security certification.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach to support.
