Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain on-premise servers, including Windows Server and Linux environments.
- Configure and troubleshoot network infrastructure, VPNs, and firewalls.
- Implement and monitor security protocols to protect company data and assets.
- Oversee Active Directory user management, group policies, and identity management.
- Ensure 99.9% uptime for critical applications and services.
- Collaborate with the development team to deploy and configure virtual machines.
- Conduct regular system backups and disaster recovery testing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of hands-on experience as a System Administrator.
- Strong proficiency in Windows Server administration and scripting (PowerShell/Batch).
- Experience with Linux administration (RHEL/CentOS/Ubuntu) is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, MCSA, or CCNA are a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
