Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain local area networks (LAN) and wide area networks (WAN) across the organization.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and implement proactive maintenance schedules.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and Active Directory security policies to ensure data integrity.
- Oversee cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) integration and ensure seamless migration and backup processes.
- Respond to IT incidents and provide Tier 2/3 support to end-users efficiently.
- Conduct regular security audits and patch management to mitigate vulnerabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT infrastructure with business goals.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience as a System Administrator or Network Engineer.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 and Active Directory.
- Proficiency in Linux (Red Hat/CentOS) administration and scripting (PowerShell/Bash).
- Certification preferred: CompTIA Security+, MCSA, or CCNA.
- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware/Hyper-V).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Strong communication skills to interact with non-technical staff and management.
