Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain Windows Server and Linux infrastructure environments.
- Design, implement, and monitor backup and disaster recovery strategies.
- Configure and troubleshoot Microsoft Azure and cloud-based solutions.
- Oversee Active Directory administration, user permissions, and group policies.
- Perform routine network security audits and vulnerability assessments.
- Provide advanced technical support and mentorship to junior IT staff.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in System Administration or IT Engineering.
- Strong proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation.
- Hands-on experience with virtualization technologies (VMware/Hyper-V).
- Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, or CCNA are preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
