Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor Linux and Windows Server environments to ensure 99.9% system uptime and performance.
- Configure and troubleshoot network infrastructure, including firewalls, switches, VPNs, and load balancers.
- Implement and maintain cloud solutions (AWS/Azure) and virtualization technologies (VMware/Hyper-V).
- Oversee data backup strategies, disaster recovery procedures, and system patching cycles.
- Ensure strict adherence to IT security policies, compliance standards, and data protection regulations.
- Collaborate with development teams to deploy software updates and infrastructure changes.
- Provide Tier 3 technical support for complex system issues and mentor junior IT staff.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience as a System Administrator or Network Engineer.
- Strong proficiency in scripting (PowerShell, Bash) and configuration management tools (Ansible, Chef).
- Valid certifications such as CompTIA Security+, AWS Certified SysOps Administrator, or CCNA.
- Deep understanding of Active Directory, Identity Management, and LDAP.
- Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
