We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive System Administrator to join our dynamic team immediately. In this role, you will ensure the stability, security, and scalability of our enterprise systems while mentoring junior staff.
As a key member of our IT team, you will bridge the gap between technical operations and business goals, ensuring our clients receive top-tier service and reliability.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain on-premise Windows Server environments and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure).
- Implement and monitor complex network security protocols and firewalls.
- Lead troubleshooting efforts for hardware, operating systems, and network connectivity issues.
- Execute regular system backups, updates, and disaster recovery drills.
- Collaborate with development teams to deploy and configure applications.
- Ensure 99.9% uptime for critical business applications.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a System Administrator or Network Engineer.
- Strong proficiency in Windows Server, Linux (RHEL/CentOS), and Active Directory.
- Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CCNA, or AWS Solutions Architect are highly preferred.
- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
