Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain Windows/Linux server environments
- Oversee cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and hybrid network architecture
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and VPN services
- Execute security protocols, patch management, and disaster recovery
- Provide Tier-3 support for complex system issues
- Automate workflows using PowerShell/Python/Bash
- Document SOPs and compliance frameworks (ISO 27001)
Qualifications
- 5+ years of system administration experience
- Expertise in Windows Server 2016+ and Linux distributions
- AWS/Azure certification (SAA/AZ-104 preferred)
- Strong knowledge of network security and compliance standards
- Experience with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Scripting proficiency in PowerShell/Python
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
