Responsibilities
- Manage, monitor, and maintain on-premise servers and virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V).
- Configure and secure cloud infrastructure, primarily AWS and Azure.
- Implement and enforce network security protocols, including firewalls and VPNs.
- Develop and maintain Bash/Python scripts for automation and system monitoring.
- Perform regular system audits, backups, and disaster recovery testing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in System Administration or IT Operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.
- Expert proficiency in Linux (RHEL, CentOS) and Windows Server environments.
- Strong understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs).
- Experience with Active Directory and Identity Management.
- Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, AWS Certified SysOps Administrator, or Microsoft MCSA are preferred.
