We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior System Administrator to join our dynamic team in Austin, TX. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, securing, and optimizing our hybrid infrastructure to ensure maximum uptime and performance.

Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain server infrastructure across Linux (RHEL/CentOS) and Windows Server environments.
- Implement and manage cloud solutions (AWS/Azure) including deployment and scaling.
- Automate routine tasks and workflows using scripting languages (Bash, Python, PowerShell).
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure high availability.
- Enforce data security measures and ensure compliance with internal policies.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to streamline CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code.
- Conduct regular system backups and perform disaster recovery testing.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience as a System Administrator or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Linux administration and Windows Server management.
- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, or Proxmox).
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) is highly preferred.
- Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with scripting and automation tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively.
