Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS and hybrid environments
- Implement security protocols including firewalls, encryption, and access controls
- Automate deployment processes using CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Collaborate with development teams to optimize application deployments
- Document system configurations and create operational runbooks
- Lead system upgrades and migrations with zero-downtime strategies
Qualifications
- 5+ years of Linux/Windows system administration experience
- Expertise in AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, VPC)
- Proficiency with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and orchestration
- Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
- Certifications (AWS Certified Solutions Architect, CompTIA Server+)
- Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana)
- Knowledge of network protocols and security best practices
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
