Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain Linux/Windows server environments and virtualization infrastructure
- Oversee cloud operations on AWS and Azure, optimizing resource allocation and cost efficiency
- Develop automation scripts using Ansible/PowerShell for routine system tasks
- Implement and monitor cybersecurity protocols including firewalls, IDS/IPS, and access controls
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and enterprise backup solutions
- Provide Tier 3 technical support and lead incident response for critical system outages
- Document system configurations, procedures, and disaster recovery plans
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of enterprise system administration experience with hybrid cloud environments
- Expert-level proficiency in Linux (RHEL/CentOS) and Windows Server administration
- Strong knowledge of AWS/Azure services and infrastructure-as-code practices
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent cybersecurity certification required
- Experience with monitoring tools like Nagios, Zabbix, or Datadog
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex network and system issues
- Excellent documentation and communication skills
