Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain Windows/Linux server environments
- Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and hybrid deployments
- Oversee network security protocols and disaster recovery plans
- Automate system administration tasks using PowerShell/Python
- Provide Tier 3 support and troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipelines
- Document system configurations and compliance standards
Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise system administration experience
- Expertise in Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP services
- Strong knowledge of virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Certifications (CompTIA Server+, MCSE, or Linux+) preferred
- Experience with monitoring tools (Nagios, Zabbix)
- Scripting proficiency in PowerShell or Bash
- Understanding of ITIL frameworks and best practices
- Ability to work rotating on-call shifts
