Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize Windows Server and Linux environments across hybrid cloud infrastructure
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and network services with 99.9% uptime SLA
- Execute patch management, security hardening, and compliance audits (SOX/HIPAA)
- Automate workflows using PowerShell, Ansible, and Terraform
- Provide Tier-3 support for critical systems and lead disaster recovery drills
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipelines and container orchestration
Qualifications
- 5+ years in enterprise system administration with Windows Server 2019+ and RHEL/CentOS
- Expertise in virtualization (VMware ESXi, Hyper-V) and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash, Python) for automation
- CCNA/CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification required
- Experience with monitoring tools (Nagios, Zabbix, SolarWinds)
- Proven incident management and root cause analysis capabilities
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
