Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test cases to identify software defects
- Document bugs using JIRA with detailed reproduction steps and severity ratings
- Perform regression testing on web/mobile applications across multiple browsers
- Collaborate with developers to reproduce and verify issue resolutions
- Participate in sprint planning and daily stand-up meetings
- Maintain test case documentation and test environment logs
- Adapt testing strategies based on product requirements changes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Basic computer literacy and internet navigation skills
- Strong attention to detail and observational abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, collaborative environments
