Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Windows/Linux server environments across hybrid cloud/on-premise infrastructure
- Implement and maintain robust cybersecurity protocols, including firewalls, encryption, and access controls
- Automate deployment processes using Ansible, Terraform, and PowerShell scripting
- Monitor system health using tools like Nagios, Datadog, and Splunk with proactive issue resolution
- Coordinate disaster recovery testing and business continuity planning
- Lead system migration projects while minimizing operational disruption
- Document processes and create comprehensive technical documentation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Windows Server 2016/2019 and RHEL/CentOS administration
- Expertise in AWS/Azure services including EC2, S3, VPC, and Active Directory integration
- Strong scripting skills (Python, PowerShell, Bash) for automation and task management
- CCNA/CCNP or equivalent network certification required
- Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Proven track record of implementing security frameworks (NIST, CIS Benchmarks)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
