Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Windows Server environments (2016/2019/2022)
- Oversee Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy implementations
- Configure and monitor virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Implement network security protocols and firewalls (Palo Alto/Cisco)
- Perform system backups, disaster recovery, and patch management
- Provide Tier 3 support for complex infrastructure issues
- Document IT procedures and maintain system documentation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of Windows Server administration experience
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policy
- Certifications: MCSA/MCSE or CompTIA Server+
- Experience with VMware vSphere or Hyper-V
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS/Azure)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
