Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain Linux/Windows Server environments with 99.9% uptime SLA
- Automate deployment pipelines using Ansible and Terraform
- Manage AWS/Azure infrastructure including VPCs, IAM, and security groups
- Monitor system performance with Nagios and Splunk dashboards
- Lead disaster recovery testing and documentation
- Provide Tier 3 support for complex network/storage issues
- Collaborate with DevOps on CI/CD pipeline optimization
Qualifications
- 5+ years in enterprise system administration with AWS/Azure
- Expertise in Linux (RHEL/Ubuntu) and Active Directory
- Certifications: AWS Certified DevOps Engineer or equivalent
- Proficiency in Python/PowerShell for automation scripting
- Experience with Docker/Kubernetes orchestration
- Strong knowledge of network fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN)
- Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field
