Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain Linux/Windows server environments across hybrid cloud infrastructure
- Lead enterprise-level security initiatives including firewalls, VPNs, and IAM protocols
- Automate system administration tasks using Ansible and Terraform
- Monitor system performance with Zabbix and Splunk, resolving incidents SLA-compliantly
- Coordinate disaster recovery planning and business continuity exercises
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP enterprise services
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipeline optimization
- Document infrastructure blueprints and SOPs for regulatory compliance
Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise system administration experience
- Expert proficiency in Linux (RHEL/Ubuntu) and Windows Server 2019+
- Strong scripting skills (Python/Bash/PowerShell)
- CCNA/Security+ or equivalent network certifications
- Hands-on AWS/Azure/GCP infrastructure management
- Experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- ITIL foundation certification preferred
- Excellent troubleshooting and cross-functional communication skills
