Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Linux/Windows server environments across cloud and on-premise infrastructure
- Implement robust cybersecurity protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Oversee network configurations, firewalls, and VPN systems for 500+ users
- Automate deployment pipelines using Ansible/Terraform for scalability
- Provide tier-3 support for complex system outages and performance tuning
- Document IT infrastructure and maintain disaster recovery procedures
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipeline optimization
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience with enterprise system administration (Linux/Windows)
- Expertise in AWS/Azure cloud services and virtualization (VMware/KVM)
- Certified in CompTIA Security+ or CISSP preferred
- Proficient in scripting (Python/Bash) and infrastructure-as-code tools
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP management
- Experience with monitoring tools (Nagios, Zabbix, or SolarWinds)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
