Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize enterprise-level server infrastructure (Windows/Linux)
- Manage cloud environments (AWS/Azure) and hybrid networking solutions
- Lead security compliance initiatives and vulnerability remediation
- Automate system administration tasks using Python/PowerShell
- Provide Tier 3 support for complex system outages
- Mentor junior IT staff and document operational procedures
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise system administration
- Expertise in Active Directory, VMware, and containerization (Docker/K8s)
- Certifications (CompTIA Server+, AWS Certified SysOps)
- Strong scripting skills (Python/PowerShell/Bash)
- Experience with monitoring tools (Nagios/Splunk)
- Ability to work flexible hours for maintenance windows
