Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain Linux/Windows server environments across cloud and on-premise infrastructure
- Proactively monitor system health, troubleshoot complex issues, and optimize performance
- Manage network security protocols, firewalls, and access control systems
- Automate deployment processes using Ansible and Terraform
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipeline integration
- Document system architecture and create disaster recovery plans
- Provide Level 3 support for critical business applications
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise system administration
- Expertise in Linux (RHEL/Ubuntu) and Windows Server environments
- Strong knowledge of AWS/Azure cloud infrastructure and services
- Certifications (CompTIA Linux+, AWS SysOps, or MCSE) preferred
- Experience with scripting (Python/Bash) and automation tools
- Deep understanding of network protocols and security best practices
- Ability to work under pressure and resolve critical incidents
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
