Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain hybrid cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) with 99.99% uptime SLA
- Implement and automate security protocols (SIEM, firewalls, zero-trust architecture)
- Lead OS/hardware migrations and disaster recovery initiatives
- Optimize network performance using SD-WAN and load-balancing solutions
- Develop Ansible/Terraform pipelines for infrastructure as code
- Monitor system health with Splunk/Prometheus dashboards
- Document SOPs and conduct quarterly compliance audits
Qualifications
- 5+ years administering Linux/Windows enterprise environments
- Expertise in container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker)
- Certifications: AWS/Azure Solutions Architect or CompTIA Server+
- Proficiency in scripting (Python, PowerShell, Bash)
- Experience with Active Directory and LDAP integration
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP networking and DNS/DHCP
- CI/CD pipeline implementation (Jenkins, GitLab)
