Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain Windows Server and Linux environments
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and VPN infrastructure
- Oversee cloud deployments (AWS/Azure) and hybrid architectures
- Monitor system performance using tools like SolarWinds and Nagios
- Execute disaster recovery plans and conduct regular testing
- Collaborate with security teams on vulnerability patching
- Document procedures and create technical knowledge base articles
Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise system administration experience
- Expertise in Windows Server 2019/2022 and RHEL/CentOS
- Strong networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VLANs, firewalls)
- Hands-on experience with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Scripting proficiency (PowerShell, Python, or Bash)
- ITIL or CompTIA Security+ certification preferred
- Excellent troubleshooting and documentation skills
