Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and optimize Linux/Windows server environments supporting 10K+ users
- Implement AWS/Azure cloud infrastructure with CI/CD automation pipelines
- Manage enterprise networking (Cisco/Juniper) and security frameworks (SOC2 compliance)
- Lead disaster recovery planning and system performance tuning initiatives
- Mentor junior engineers and document operational procedures
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on Kubernetes and container orchestration
Qualifications
- 5+ years administering enterprise systems in cloud/on-prem hybrid environments
- Expertise in Linux (RHEL/Ubuntu), Windows Server, and virtualization (VMware)
- Strong scripting skills (Python/PowerShell/Bash) and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform)
- CCNA/CCNP or AWS/Azure certifications required
- Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus/Grafana) and automation (Ansible)
- Proven track record of implementing high-availability solutions
- Bachelor's in CS or equivalent technical experience
