Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Windows Server, Linux, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure)
- Implement robust cybersecurity protocols and disaster recovery solutions
- Automate deployment and monitoring using Ansible/Terraform
- Provide Tier-3 support for complex system issues
- Design and execute system upgrades and migrations
- Document IT policies and maintain compliance standards
Qualifications
- 5+ years in system administration with enterprise experience
- Expertise in Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP management
- Strong scripting skills (Python/PowerShell/Bash)
- CCNA or CompTIA Security+ certification preferred
- Experience with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex network issues
