Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain Windows/Linux server environments across on-premises and AWS/Azure
- Automate infrastructure provisioning using Ansible/Terraform and CI/CD pipelines
- Monitor system performance with Splunk/Nagios and remediate bottlenecks proactively
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP in enterprise-scale deployments
- Lead disaster recovery drills and security compliance audits (SOC2/ISO27001)
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on container orchestration (Kubernetes)
- Document procedures and create runbooks for operational excellence
Qualifications
- 5+ years administering enterprise-level Windows/Linux systems
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and hybrid architectures
- Strong scripting skills (Python/PowerShell/Bash)
- CCNA/CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certifications required
- Experience with VMWare vSphere and Hyper-V virtualization
- Knowledge of network fundamentals (TCP/IP, firewalls, VPNs)
- Proven track record in high-availability infrastructure design
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
