Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Windows/Linux server environments across on-premises and Azure/AWS
- Implement and maintain security protocols, firewalls, and intrusion detection systems
- Automate deployment processes using Ansible/Terraform and PowerShell/Python
- Monitor system performance with tools like Nagios and Splunk
- Lead disaster recovery planning and business continuity initiatives
- Provide Tier 3 support and mentor junior IT staff
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise system administration
- Expertise in Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP services
- Strong knowledge of VMware vSphere and Hyper-V virtualization
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification required
- Experience with cloud migration projects and hybrid architectures
- Proven troubleshooting skills for complex network issues
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
