Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize on-premises and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure)
- Manage Windows Server and Linux environments with 99.9% uptime SLA
- Oversee network security protocols, firewalls, and intrusion detection systems
- Automate deployment processes using Ansible/Terraform and CI/CD pipelines
- Monitor system performance and resolve critical incidents within SLA thresholds
- Lead disaster recovery testing and business continuity planning initiatives
- Document procedures and provide technical guidance to junior team members
Qualifications
- 5+ years in system administration with enterprise-level infrastructure
- Expertise in Active Directory, Group Policy, and enterprise storage solutions
- Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell, Python/Bash) and automation tools
- Strong knowledge of virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and containerization (Docker/K8s)
- Relevant certifications (CompTIA Server+, MCSA, RHCSA, or AWS/Azure certified)
- Experience with monitoring tools (Nagios, Zabbix, Datadog)
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with complex multi-tier systems
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
