Responsibilities
- Oversee daily administration of Windows/Linux servers and cloud environments (AWS/Azure)
- Design, implement, and maintain robust network infrastructure and security frameworks
- Proactively monitor system performance and resolve technical issues within SLA
- Automate deployment processes using Ansible/Terraform and CI/CD pipelines
- Lead disaster recovery planning and execute system backups/restorations
- Collaborate with development teams on DevOps integration and cloud migrations
- Document system configurations and maintain compliance with industry standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years administering enterprise-level systems in hybrid environments
- Expertise in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Strong scripting skills (Python/PowerShell/Bash) for automation
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent cybersecurity certification required
- Experience with monitoring tools (Nagios, Zabbix) and log management (Splunk)
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex network and system issues
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
