Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable infrastructure solutions across on-premise and cloud environments
- Manage Windows/Linux servers, virtualization platforms, and container orchestration
- Monitor system performance using tools like Nagios and Datadog
- Automate deployment processes with Ansible and Terraform
- Ensure 99.9% uptime through proactive maintenance and incident response
- Develop disaster recovery plans and conduct quarterly drills
- Document configurations and maintain compliance with SOC2 standards
Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise system administration experience
- Expertise in AWS services (EC2, S3, VPC, IAM)
- Strong scripting skills (Python, PowerShell, Bash)
- VMware vSphere and Active Directory proficiency
- CI/CD pipeline implementation experience
- ITIL certification or equivalent process knowledge
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
