Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize Windows/Linux server infrastructure across hybrid-cloud environments (AWS/Azure)
- Proactively monitor system health using Zabbix/SolarWinds and automate remediation via Ansible
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and enterprise-level backup solutions (Veeam)
- Lead disaster recovery drills and implement zero-trust security frameworks
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to streamline CI/CD pipelines using Terraform
- Document SOPs and conduct quarterly infrastructure audits
Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise-level system administration with Windows Server 2019+ and RHEL 8+
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and IaaS/PaaS services
- Certified: CompTIA Server+ or AWS Certified SysOps Administrator
- Advanced scripting proficiency (PowerShell/Python/Bash)
- Strong network fundamentals (TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs)
- Experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Security-first mindset with NIST framework knowledge
