Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain Windows/Linux server environments across hybrid cloud infrastructure
- Monitor system performance using Nagios/Zabbix and proactively resolve bottlenecks
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and VPN services for multi-site operations
- Execute disaster recovery drills and backup system restoration procedures
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to automate deployment pipelines using Ansible
- Document IT infrastructure and create standard operating procedures
- Provide Tier-3 support for complex system outages and security incidents
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years administering Windows Server 2016/2019 and RHEL/CentOS environments
- Expertise in AWS/Azure services (EC2, S3, VPC) and hybrid networking
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell/Bash) for automation tasks
- CompTIA Security+ or CISSP certification preferred
- Experience with containerization technologies (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex network and system issues
- Excellent communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration
