Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Windows Server 2019/2022 and Linux environments (Ubuntu/CentOS)
- Implement and monitor cloud infrastructure across AWS and Azure platforms
- Oversee network security protocols including firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection
- Automate system administration tasks using Python/PowerShell scripting
- Lead disaster recovery planning and business continuity testing
- Provide Tier 3 support for critical systems and collaborate with DevOps teams
- Document procedures and maintain compliance with SOC 2 standards
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise system administration
- Expertise in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy
- Strong knowledge of virtualization (VMware ESXi/Hyper-V)
- Certifications in AWS/Azure or CompTIA Security+
- Experience with monitoring tools (Nagios, Zabbix, Datadog)
- Proven troubleshooting skills for complex network issues
- Ability to manage projects using Agile methodologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
