Responsibilities
- Design and implement enterprise-level cloud and on-premise infrastructure solutions
- Lead system security audits and compliance initiatives (NIST, HIPAA)
- Automate deployment processes using Ansible and Terraform
- Manage Active Directory, VMware, and Linux environments
- Provide Tier-3 support for complex system incidents
- Document SOPs and architecture diagrams
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipelines
Qualifications
- 5+ years in system administration with enterprise environments
- Expertise in Windows Server 2019+ and Red Hat Enterprise Linux
- Strong knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs)
- Certifications (CompTIA Security+, AWS SysOps, or VCP) required
- Experience with monitoring tools (Nagios, Zabbix)
- Scripting proficiency (PowerShell, Python/Bash)
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and documentation abilities
