Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Linux/Windows server environments across hybrid cloud platforms
- Implement and maintain robust cybersecurity protocols and compliance frameworks
- Lead infrastructure automation using Ansible/Terraform for scalability
- Monitor system performance and proactively resolve technical bottlenecks
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipeline enhancements
- Document infrastructure architecture and create disaster recovery plans
- Provide Tier-3 support and mentor junior team members
Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise-level system administration experience
- Expertise in Active Directory, VMware, and AWS/Azure environments
- Strong scripting skills (Python/Bash) for automation
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification required
- Proven experience with monitoring tools like Nagios or Datadog
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and customer service mindset
- Experience with containerization technologies (Docker/Kubernetes)
