Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain Windows/Linux server infrastructure supporting 10,000+ users
- Lead AWS/Azure migrations with Terraform automation and CI/CD pipelines
- Manage Active Directory, VMware vSphere, and Kubernetes environments
- Develop disaster recovery plans with 99.99% uptime SLAs
- Conduct security audits and implement NIST-compliance measures
- Automate monitoring using Grafana/Prometheus and scripting (Python/PowerShell)
- Mentor junior administrators and document SOPs
Qualifications
- 5+ years in enterprise system administration with cloud exposure
- Expertise in Windows Server 2019/2022 and RHEL 8/9
- AWS/Azure certification (SAA/AZ-104) required
- Strong scripting skills (Python, PowerShell, Bash)
- Experience with Ansible/Chef for configuration management
- CCNA/CompTIA Security+ preferred
- Ability to manage on-call rotation (1 week/month)
- Bachelor's in CS/IT or equivalent experience
