Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain Linux/Windows server environments and virtualization platforms
- Oversee cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) including networking, security, and cost optimization
- Develop automation scripts using Ansible/Terraform for infrastructure provisioning
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Implement robust backup/disaster recovery solutions with 99.99% uptime
- Manage enterprise-level security protocols and compliance frameworks
- Collaborate with DevOps teams for CI/CD pipeline optimization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years administering enterprise-level Linux/Windows systems
- Expertise in AWS/Azure with hands-on experience in networking services
- Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
- Certifications: AWS SysOps/DevOps or equivalent Azure certification
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Proficiency in monitoring tools (Nagios, Datadog, Zabbix)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
