Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain Windows Server and Linux infrastructure
- Oversee cloud environments (AWS/Azure) including VM deployment and security hardening
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and VPN systems
- Perform disaster recovery planning and system backups
- Monitor system performance using tools like SolarWinds and Nagios
- Document IT processes and create SOPs for team scalability
- Lead server migrations and capacity planning initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise system administration experience
- Expertise in Windows Server 2019/2022 and RHEL/CentOS
- Strong knowledge of AWS/Azure services (EC2, S3, VPC)
- Certifications: CompTIA Server+, MCSA, or AWS Certified SysOps
- Experience with automation tools (Ansible, PowerShell)
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex network issues
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks (SOC2, ISO 27001)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
