Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain complex server infrastructures (Linux/Windows) across on-premise and AWS environments
- Lead system monitoring, performance tuning, and capacity planning for enterprise applications
- Manage disaster recovery protocols and ensure 99.9% uptime for critical business systems
- Develop automation scripts using Python/Ansible to streamline deployment and maintenance
- Collaborate with security teams to implement robust cybersecurity frameworks and compliance protocols
- Provide Tier-3 support and mentor junior IT staff during high-impact incidents
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience managing enterprise-level Windows Server and Linux environments
- Expertise in AWS services (EC2, S3, VPC, IAM) and hybrid cloud architectures
- Strong scripting capabilities (Python, PowerShell, Bash) and automation tools
- Industry certifications (CompTIA Server+, AWS SysOps, or equivalent)
- Deep knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, firewalls) and security best practices
- Proven experience with virtualization (VMware vSphere/Hyper-V) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
