Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain Windows Server, Linux, and hybrid cloud infrastructure
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and enterprise networking (Cisco/Juniper)
- Monitor system performance using Nagios/Zabbix and optimize resource utilization
- Execute disaster recovery protocols and security compliance measures (SOC2/ISO 27001)
- Automate deployment pipelines using Ansible/Terraform and CI/CD tools
- Provide Tier-3 support for complex system outages and coordinate vendor escalations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise system administration experience
- Expertise in Windows Server 2019/2022 and RHEL/CentOS environments
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell/Bash) and automation experience
- CCNA/CCNP or equivalent networking certification required
- AWS/Azure certification and cloud migration experience preferred
- Proven track record of implementing security best practices (CIS benchmarks)
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with enterprise hardware (Dell/HP servers, NetApp storage)
