Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize on-premises and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure)
- Manage Active Directory, VMWare vSphere, and backup/recovery systems
- Automate workflows using PowerShell, Python, and Ansible
- Lead security hardening and compliance initiatives (SOC2/ISO27001)
- Provide Tier-3 support during critical incidents
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipelines
- Document infrastructure and create runbooks
Qualifications
- 5+ years in enterprise system administration
- Expertise in Windows Server and Linux (RHEL/Ubuntu)
- Strong networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs, firewalls)
- Certification required: CompTIA Server+/Linux+ or equivalent
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and containers
- Scripting proficiency (Python/PowerShell)
- Ability to work flexible hours for on-call rotations
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field
