Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Linux/Windows Server environments across hybrid cloud infrastructure
- Implement robust cybersecurity protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Oversee network administration including firewalls, VPNs, and DNS configurations
- Develop automation scripts using Python/Ansible to streamline system deployments
- Provide Tier-3 technical support and lead incident response protocols
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipeline optimization
- Document system architectures and maintain compliance with SOC 2 standards
Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise system administration experience with Linux/Windows Server
- Expertise in AWS/Azure cloud services and infrastructure-as-code tools
- Strong background in network security and compliance frameworks
- Proficiency in automation technologies (Ansible, Terraform, Docker)
- Relevant certifications (CompTIA Server+, AWS SysOps, or equivalent)
- Excellent troubleshooting skills for complex distributed systems
