Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain hybrid cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure)
- Automate deployment and monitoring using Ansible/Terraform
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, and enterprise network services
- Ensure system security through vulnerability assessments and patch management
- Provide Tier-3 support for critical infrastructure incidents
- Document SOPs and create disaster recovery plans
- Collaborate with DevOps teams for CI/CD pipeline optimization
Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise system administration experience
- Expertise in Linux (RHEL/CentOS) and Windows Server 2019+
- Strong scripting skills (Python/Bash/PowerShell)
- Certifications: AWS/Azure Certified or CompTIA Server+
- Hands-on experience with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Proficiency in network security protocols (Firewalls, VPNs)
- Ability to manage high-availability systems with SLAs
- Strong troubleshooting skills for complex infrastructure issues
