Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Windows Server and Linux environments across hybrid cloud infrastructure
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Oversee network infrastructure including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Automate system administration tasks using PowerShell and Bash scripting
- Provide Tier 3 support for complex technical issues and system outages
- Coordinate disaster recovery testing and business continuity planning
- Document system configurations and maintain IT asset inventory
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise system administration
- Expertise in Active Directory, VMware, and AWS/Azure environments
- Strong understanding of network protocols and TCP/IP networking
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent cybersecurity certification required
- Proficiency in automation tools like Ansible or Terraform
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Experience with monitoring tools (Nagios, Zabbix, SolarWinds)
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional on-call duties
