Responsibilities
- Architect, deploy, and maintain Windows/Linux server infrastructure across hybrid cloud environments
- Implement robust cybersecurity protocols including firewalls, encryption, and endpoint protection
- Optimize network performance using Cisco/Juniper hardware and VMware virtualization
- Automate provisioning with Ansible/Terraform and manage containerized deployments
- Monitor systems via Splunk/Prometheus and resolve incidents within SLA thresholds
- Document infrastructure changes and maintain compliance with SOC 2 standards
- Lead disaster recovery testing and business continuity planning
Qualifications
- 5+ years administering enterprise-level Windows Server 2019+ and Ubuntu systems
- Expertise in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and enterprise networking (TCP/IP, VPNs)
- Certifications: CompTIA Server+, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or equivalent
- Proficient in scripting (PowerShell/Bash) and configuration management tools
- Experience with cloud migration projects and multi-cloud environments (AWS/Azure)
- Strong problem-solving skills with incident management protocols
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile environments
