Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize Windows/Linux server infrastructure across hybrid cloud environments
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and group policies for 500+ endpoints
- Monitor system performance using SolarWinds and Splunk, resolving incidents proactively
- Lead disaster recovery planning and execute quarterly failover tests
- Automate deployment processes using Ansible and Terraform
- Collaborate with security teams to implement NIST compliance frameworks
- Document SOPs and create knowledge base articles for team enablement
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on system administration in enterprise environments
- Expertise in Microsoft Server (2016/2019) and Linux (RHEL/Ubuntu)
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell/Bash) and CI/CD pipeline experience
- AWS/Azure certification with proven cloud migration projects
- Experience with virtualization (VMware vSphere/Hyper-V) and container orchestration
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- ITIL Foundation certification preferred
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with network fundamentals (TCP/IP, VPNs)
