Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Linux/Windows servers, cloud environments (AWS/Azure), and virtualization platforms
- Implement and monitor security protocols to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance
- Diagnose and resolve complex system issues with minimal downtime
- Automate deployment processes using CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/GitLab)
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on infrastructure-as-code projects (Terraform)
- Document system configurations and maintain up-to-date knowledge base
- Provide Tier-3 support and mentor junior administrators
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise system administration
- Expertise in Linux/Windows Server administration and Active Directory
- Strong scripting skills (Python/Bash/PowerShell)
- Certifications (CompTIA Linux+, AWS Certified SysOps, or equivalent)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex network and system issues
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
